It has 5 comfortable rooms ( air condition, TV, terrace, bathroom and jakuzzi), sauna, entrance hall and social area, reception desk, dining room, parking lot and also car wash, car service and insurance are included. Children under 12 years are not aloud!

Vila 'Oaza' is about 1 km away from town center and in the very near (300 m) you can find sport grounds for tennis, basketball, mini football and alley. Ideal location for walking to the lakes or town center. At distance of 800 m lakes of Bela Crkva complex starts, with some of the lakes having additional facilities ( Gradsko i Vracevgajsko) and also there are some placed in the pure natural ambient, suitable for fishing. On the 12th km Stara Palanka is located, with mouth of DTD channel and Nera into Danube, suitable for picknick and boating, visit of Viminacium or enjoying degustation of fish specialties.
